And like Da Vinci, our professional staff has dedicated years to accumulating and utilizing knowledge to better understand each patient's individuality ­the very core of any successful treatment. At Franklin Urological Associates, our approach stems from a unifying philosophy; each person is, indeed, a one-of-a-kind work of art. We specialize in treating prostate cancer, stress incontinence, UTI/cystitis, BPH, and kidney stones. Our top tests and procedures include radical prostatectomy, cystoscopy, stone removal, ESWL, TURP, incontinence surgery, female pelvic reconstruction, Robotic Surgery, Laparoscopic Surgery and Vasectomies. For the convenience of our patients we have a CT machine located in our office.

 Our practice was established in 1977. Dr. Evins has been with the practice since June 1978, and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky Medical School. Dr. Locke has been with the practice since May of 1986 and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Medical School in Memphis. Dr. Tissot Joined the practice in 2006 and attended the Medical College of Ohio.

Each of the physicians in our office is board certified by the American Board of Urology.
