Dr. Evins joined Franklin
Urological Associates in 1978. A native of Somerset,
Kentucky, he earned his undergraduate degree from Davidson
College in Davidson, North Carolina. He then attended
University of Kentucky Medical School, where he was inducted
into Alpha Omega Alpha, the national honor society for
medical scholars. After earning his medical degree, Dr.
Evins completed residencies in general surgery and urology
at the Medical University of South Carolina

Dr. Locke has been a member of
the Franklin Urological Associates team since 1986. Hailing
from Columbia, Tennessee, he was an honor student at the
University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he earned his
undergraduate degree. While there, he was inducted into Phi
Beta Kappa, an academic honor society. Dr. Locke earned his
medical degree at the University of Tennessee in Memphis,
where he also completed his residency.

Dr. Tissot
joined Franklin Urological Associates in 2006. He is from
Canton, Ohio and earned his undergraduate degree in
chemistry and biochemistry from the University of Michigan.
He then attended the Medical College of Ohio, where he was
inducted into the national honor society for medical
students, Alpha Omega Alpha and graduated at the top of his
class. Dr. Tissot finished both his general surgery and
urology residencies at William Beaumont Hospital near
Detroit, Michigan.

Alison Skidmore joined Franklin Urological Associates in
2008. A native of Clarksburg, West Virginia, she completed
her undergraduate degree in biology from Huntington
University in Huntington, Indiana. Ms. Skidmore is Board
Certified by the National Association on Certification of
Physician Assistants; a member of the American and Tennessee
Associations of Physician Assistants; Certified in Advanced
Cardiac Life Support.
